Drink this after breakfast to detoxify your liver

Unhealthy diets and messy lifestyle are a threat for the liver, which becomes stressed out and can no longer manage to process toxins efficiently. You have to drink at least 2 liters of water per day and the below beverage must be drank daily.

-1 medium beet
-50 grams of blueberries
-2 cm ginger root

Method of preparation:
Wash well and peel the beet and ginger then cut into medium pieces. Put together with blueberries in a juicer. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Drink every morning, right after breakfast and in two weeks you’ll have a detoxified liver.
