Get rid of cough with this ancient homemade syrup

Carrot juice recipe

Ingredients:
-1/2 kg carrots
-3-4 tbsp of organic honey
-water

Preparation:
Peel and cut your carrots into chunks. Boil until they soften. Strain the carrots and preserve the liquid they boiled in. Mash carrot chunks or let the blend them.
Stir 3-4 tablespoons of honey into the water where carrots were boiled then add the carrot purée and mix well and the homemade cough syrup it’s done. Store it in cold place.

Recommendation:
Take 3-4 tablespoons per day and in a day or two you should feel better.
